I with pleasure would help you but i have so many other issues to solve that i can not manage it for you even if topic seems very interesting generally. In this case - the idea is ok but code required a lot of effort, but good luck, try to find somebody who will help you.

Secondly, to write this code you have to go and read google's api and try to connect to it from Excel.
